探讨研究临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用效果

To Study the Effect of Clinical Nursing Path in Nursing Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择在本院治疗的186例脑出血患者为研究对象,时间为2019年至2021年,所有患者进行随机分组,对照组患者93例运用常规护理,观察组患者93例运用临床护理路径,两组护理后对手术、住院时间,护理满意度,焦虑SAS、抑郁SDS评分以及Barthel指数进行对比。结果两组护理后对比,观察组手术、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Barthel指数显然好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血患者运用临床护理路径,明显改善降低其住院时间,促进其临床症状快速愈合,提升治疗效果,该护理方式在临床治疗中有着重要作用。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing pathway in cerebral hemorrhage patients nursing effect.Methods From 2019 to 2021 in our hospital treated 186 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients,all patients were randomized,control group,93 cases of patients with using conventional nursing care,observation group of 93 cases of patients using clinical nursing pathway,in operation,hospitalization time,the two groups after nursing care satisfaction,anxiety,depression(SAS,SDS)score and Barthel index were compared.Results Compared between the two groups after nursing,the duration of operation and hospitalization in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Barthel index in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path for cerebral hemorrhage patients can significantly improve the length of stay,promote the rapid healing of clinical symptoms,and improve the therapeutic effect.This nursing method plays an important role in clinical treatment.
