综合护理干预在神经衰弱患者护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Neurasthenia Patients

目的分析综合护理干预在神经衰弱患者护理中的应用效果。方法对2017年9月至2018年9月治疗的70例神经衰弱患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均为35例,分别以综合护理和常规护理实施干预,比较效果。结果观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理之后的SAS评分和SDS评分改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为神经衰弱患者提供综合护理干预,可提高患者护理满意度,并能够改善患者的情绪状态,有利于提高患者的睡眠质量,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with neurasthenia.Methods Seventy patients with neurasthenia treated from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,both of which were 35 cases.The intervention was carried out with comprehensive nursing and conventional nursing,respectively,and the effects were compared.Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement of SAS score and SDS score after nursing in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with neurasthenia can improve the satisfaction of patients with care,and can improve the emotional state of patients,which is conducive to improving the quality of sleep of patients,and the clinical application effect is significant.
