探究优质护理对抑郁症患者服药依从性和护理满意度的影响

Exploring the Effect of High-quality Nursing on Medication Compliance and Nursing Satisfaction in Patients with Depression

目的探讨优质护理对抑郁症患者的服药依从性和护理满意度的影响。方法选择2017年7月至2019年6月的80例抑郁症患者,随机分组,每组40例。常规护理组对接受治疗的抑郁症患者实施了常规的服药护理、基础生活护理等,优质护理组对于抑郁症患者在上述的常规护理基础上,以患者为中心实施优质护理。比较两组护理满意度评分;服用抗抑郁药物的依从性;护理前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分;抗抑郁药物不良反应发生率。结果优质护理组护理满意度评分高于常规护理组,P<0.05。优质护理组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于常规护理组,P<0.05。优质护理组患者服用抗抑郁药物的依从性高于常规护理组,P<0.05。优质护理组抗抑郁药物不良反应发生率低于常规护理组,P<0.05。结论抑郁症患者实施优质护理效果确切,可减轻患者的抑郁情绪,提高患者服用抗抑郁药物的依从性和减少药物不良反应的发生,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on medication compliance and nursing satisfaction in patients with depression.Methods Eighty patients with depression from July 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled,randomized to 40 in each group.The routine nursing group performed routine medication nursing,basic life nursing,etc.For the depressed patients who were treated,and the high-quality nursing group implemented quality nursing for the patients with depression based on the above-mentioned conventional nursing.Comparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction;the compliance of taking antidepressants;the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores before and after nursing;the incidence of adverse reactions of antidepressants.Results The nursing satisfaction score of the high-quality nursing group was higher than that of the conventional nursing group,P<0.05.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score of the highquality nursing group were lower than those of the conventional nursing group,P<0.05.Patients in the high-quality nursing group were more compliant with antidepressants than in the conventional nursing group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions to antidepressants in the high-quality nursing group was lower than that in the conventional nursing group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing in patients with depression can reduce the depression of patients,improve the compliance of patients taking antidepressants and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
