手术室多方位护理在预防糖尿病直肠癌患者压力性损伤的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Multi-directional Nursing in Operating Room in Preventing Pressure Injury in Patients with Diabetic Rectal Cancer

目的分析、研究糖尿病直肠癌患者采取手术室多方位护理对压力性损伤的预防性效果。方法以2019年1月至2021年1月我院接诊的糖尿病直肠癌手术患者为探究对象,总病例数72例。依据奇偶法分组,分为两组,即常规组(n=36)、观察组(n=36)。接受常规护理者纳入常规组,基于此采取手术室多方位护理者纳入观察组,比较两组效果。结果①骶尾部压红面积:观察组骶尾部压红面积低于常规组,对比P<0.05(χ^(2)=5.063,P=0.024)。②血糖指标:两组术前血糖水平无显著差异P>0.05,术后,观察组空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖水平较常规组低,对比P<0.05(t=15.357、19.327,P<0.001)。③压力性损伤、骶尾部皮肤温度及肛温:相比于常规组,观察组压力性损伤率、骶尾部皮肤温度较低对比P<0.05(χ^(2)/t=6.222、9.552,P=0.013、0.000),两组肛温比较无统计学意义P>0.05(t=0.651,P=0.517)。结论糖尿病直肠癌患者采取手术室多方位护理效果显著,有益于加强皮肤保护,降低压力性损伤,值得推广。

Objective Analyze and study the preventive effects of multi-directional nursing in operating room for patients with diabetic rectal cancer on pressure injuries.Methods The patients undergoing diabetic rectal cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 are the subjects of investigation.The total number of cases is 72.According to odd even method grouping,they were divided into routine group(n=36)and observation group(n=36).Those who received routine nursing were included in the routine group.Based on this,the caregivers who took the multi-directional nursing in operating room were included in the observation group,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results(1)Sacrococcygeal red pressing area:the sacrococcygeal red pressing area in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group,P<0.05(χ^(2)=5.063,P=0.024);(2)Blood glucose indexes:there was no significant difference between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After operation,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05)(t=15.357,19.327,P<0.001);(3)Pressure injury,sacrococcygeal skin temperature and anal temperature:compared with the routine group,the pressure injury rate and sacroccygeal skin temperature in the observation group were lower(P<0.05)(χ^(2)/t=6.222,9.552,P=0.013,0.000),bwt there was no significant difference in anal temperature between the two groups(P>0.05)(t=0.651,P=0.517).Conclusion The nursing effect of multi-directional nursing in operating room in patients with diabetes and rectal cancer is remarkable,which is beneficial to strengthen skin protection and reduce pressure injury,and is worthy of promotion.
