舒适护理在慢性支气管炎护理中的效果及对肺功能的影响

Effect of Comfort Nursing on Chronic Bronchitis and Its Effect on Pulmonary Function

目的分析舒适护理应用于慢性支气管炎护理中以及对肺功能的具体影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我中心接受的48例患者作为此次研究对象,依据护理方法不同分为对照组24例与观察组24例,对照组实行常规护理,观察组在此基础上加以舒适护理。比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理舒适度以及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组患者及家属护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理舒适度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量各项评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在慢性支气管炎护理中的应用效果相对较好,患者及家属的满意度较高,且可以有效改善肺功能情况。

Objective To analyze the application of comfort nursing in the nursing of chronic bronchitis and its specific impact on pulmonary function.Methods Forty-eight patients accepted by our center from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research object.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into 24 cases in the control group and 24 cases in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfortable nursing on this basis.The improvement of nursing satisfaction,nursing comfort and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients and their families in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing comfort of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of chronic bronchitis is relatively good,the satisfaction of patients and their families is high,and it can effectively improve pulmonary function.
