综合护理联合健康教育技术对社区原发性高血压患者运动改变阶段及生活质量的影响

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Combined with Health Education Technology on the Stage of Exercise Change and Quality of Life of Patients with Primary Hypertension in the Community

目的探讨在健康教育技术基础上实施综合护理干预对社区原发性高血压患者运动改变阶段及生活质量的影响。方法将2019年1月至2021年1月在社区门诊健康记录在案的原发性高血压患者103例分成对照组与综合组,对照组52例患者采用健康教育技术,综合组51例患者在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预。比较两组患者运动阶段、生活质量以及血压情况。结果干预前,前意向阶段、意向阶段、准备阶段、行动阶段、维持阶段两组患者运动各行为变化阶段比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预3个月后,综合组运动各阶段改变积极性高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者WHOQOL-BREF评分以及血压水平(收缩压、舒张压)比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预3个月后,综合组WHOQOL-BREF评分明显高于干预前及对照组,收缩压水平明显低于干预前及对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者舒张压下降水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论综合护理能够提高患者运动的依从性及生活质量,很好的控制血压。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on health education technology on the movement change stage and quality of life of patients with primary hypertension in the community.Methods One hundred and three patients with essential hypertension who had health records in community outpatient clinics from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into a control group and a comprehensive group.Fifty-two patients in the control group used health education technology,51 patients in the comprehensive group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Compare the two groups of exercise stage,quality of life and blood pressure.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the behavioral changes between the two groups of patients in the pre-intention phase,intention phase,preparation phase,action phase,and maintenance phase(P>0.05);after 3 months of intervention,the comprehensive group had changes in each phase of exercise the positivity was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the WHOQOL-BREF score and blood pressure levels(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure)between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the intervention for 3 months,the WHOQOL-BREF score in the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that before the intervention and the control group,the systolic blood pressure level was significantly lower than that before the intervention and the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the diastolic blood pressure drop between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve patients'exercise compliance and quality of life,and control blood pressure well.
