一株放射型根瘤菌发酵产物分析

Analysis of fermentation products of a rhizobium radiobacter

以放射型根瘤菌CFCC2272为出发菌株,对其以蔗糖发酵所产多糖进行提取、纯化及分析。采用扫描电镜观察菌体及发酵产物形状,采用红外光谱扫描获得产物红外光谱图。

The polysaccharide produced by sucrose fermentation of rhizobium radiobacter CFCC2272 was extracted, purified and analyzed. The shape of bacteria and fermentation products were observed by scanning electron microscope, and the infrared spectrum of products was obtained by infrared spectrum scanning.
