摘要
结合工程实例,阐述生活垃圾焚烧发电项目垃圾仓变形的加固处理方案,为同类工程加固设计方案提供借鉴。本工程运营期间垃圾仓储量超出设计安全储量要求,导致垃圾仓钢筋混凝土侧壁局部变形超出正常使用要求范围,根据本工程现场实际情况,采用施工简便且不影响正常运营的预应力加固法对局部变形的结构构件进行加固。加固后的结构体系能满足原设计使用年限的要求。
Combined with an engineering example,the paper discussion on deformation strengthening of waste silo in project of municipal solid waste incineration,to provide reference for the similar engineering choose economic and reasonable scheme.During this project operating,the waste silo reserves exceed the design safety reserve requirements,which results of reinforced concrete wall of the waste silo beyond the normal use requirements.According to the actual situation of the project,the prestressed reinforcement method which is simple to construct and does not affect normal operation is adopted to reinforce the local deformed structural members.The reinforced structure system can meet the requirements of the original design service life.
