摘要 分析某中小型化工厂项目电气设计的主要能源消耗情况,研究化工厂主要耗能的电气设施,采取措施来降低电能消耗,包括对比各种光源的光效及主要技术指标、对照明光源进行节能设计、给出低压配电线路的节能方案、采用节能型电子镇流器、提高供配电系统的功率因数、降低或限制电力系统中单高次谐波等,旨在指明在中小型化工厂电气设计过程中,优先考虑各环节的节能可有效降低对电能的消耗。 This paper analyzes the main energy consumption of the electrical design of a small and medium-sized chemical plant project,studies the main energy consumption of the electrical facilities of the chemical plant,and takes measures to reduce the energy consumption.It includes comparing the light efficiency and main technical indexes of various light sources,making energy-saving design of lighting sources,giving energy-saving scheme of low-voltage distribution line,using energy-saving electronic ballasts,improving power factor of power supply and distribution system,reducing or limiting single high-order harmonics in power system,etc.It is pointed out that in the electrical design process of small and medium-sized chemical plants,the priority of energy saving in each link can effectively reduce the consumption of electric energy.
