摘要
自控仪表系统自动化程度的设计会对危险废物焚烧的焚烧效率、优化控制以及环境保护等多方面造成巨大的影响。结合某危险废物焚烧工程实例,对自控仪表系统的设计问题进行深入、全面的研究分析,在详细了解施工工艺与仪表选型的前提下,对自控仪表及控制系统设计进行优化,确保焚烧工程中的仪表能够实现全自动化。
The design of automatic control instrument system will have a huge impact on the incineration efficiency, optimal control and environmental protection of hazardous waste incineration. Combined with a hazardous waste incineration project, the design of the automatic control instrument system is deeply and comprehensively studied and analyzed. On the premise of a detailed understanding of the construction process and instrument selection, the design of the automatic control instrument and control system is optimized to ensure that the instruments in the incineration project can achieve full automation.
