摘要
天津地铁8号线绿水公园站地下连续墙施工中有4幅地下连续墙在220kV高压电力箱涵下,因高压电力箱涵无法切改,为保护高压供电电缆安全,施工过程中对电力箱涵进行悬吊保护,此4幅地下连续墙采取绞吸式地下连续墙成槽工法。主要阐述绞吸式地连墙成槽工法、RJP1800桩+双拼贝雷悬吊系统的施工及在实际施工中的应用,为类似地下连续墙和地下围护结构施工提供参考。
In the construction of underground continuous wall construction in Tianjin metro line 8, Lvshui Park Station, there are 4 underground continuous walls under 220 kV high voltage power box culverts, because the high voltage power box culvert can not be changed, in order to protect the safety of high-voltage power supply cable, the power box culvert is suspended during construction. The four diaphragm walls adopt the trench construction method of twisted suction diaphragm wall. This paper mainly expounds the construction method of the twin-suction ground connecting wall and the construction of RJP1800 pile+double block Beret suspension system and its application in practical construction,to provide reference for the construction of similar underground diaphragm wall or underground envelope structure.
