摘要
高校基建过程的管理模式是影响项目顺利进行的重要因素。论文以我国华南地区J大学近5年新建的8栋学生宿舍楼作为案例进行分析,探讨多种基建管理模式的特点与优缺点,分析需求导向对高校基建项目管理模式选择的影响。提出当建设规模庞大时,在不增加校方管理压力的情况下,代建制是比较好的选择;当建设规模较小,引入全过程造价咨询单位为自管制模式选择提供了新思路。
The management mode of university infrastructure construction process is an important factor that affects the smooth progress of the project.This paper takes 8 student dormitories newly built in the past 5 years in J university in south China as a case for analysis,discusses the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of various construction management modes,and analyzes the influence of demand orientation on the choice of construction project management modes in colleges and universities.Finally,paper puts forward that when the construction scale is huge,the agent construction system is a better choice under the condition of not increasing the pressure of school management.When the construction scale is small,the introduction of whole-process cost consulting unit provides a new idea for the selection of self-control mode.
