颗粒活性炭添加量及粒径对鸡粪干式沼气发酵产气性能影响

Effect of the Adding Quantity and Particle Size of Granular Activated Carbon on Biogas Production Performance of Dry Anaerobic Digestion of Chicken Manure

摘要 文章针对鸡粪干式沼气发酵过程中氨氮抑制易引起产气失败的问题,采用批次试验方法研究了添加颗粒活性炭(GAC)、活性炭粉、磁铁粉、沸石粉等几种介导材料对鸡粪干式沼气发酵产气性能的影响。结果表明:添加GAC、活性炭粉、磁铁粉、沸石粉组的累积产气量分别较对照组提高了13.8%,7.08%,6.69%,0.19%,添加GAC提升产气效果最明显。在此基础上,进一步研究了GAC添加量和添加粒径对产气性能的影响。在添加量60~120 g·L^(-1)的范围内,产气效率随添加量的增加呈现不断增加的趋势,添加量达到100 g·L^(-1)和120 g·L^(-1)时,产气效率差异已不显著;GAC最适添加粒径范围为0.5~1 mm。添加GAC提升鸡粪干式沼气发酵产气效率的原因可能为GAC能够充分发挥载体作用,为产甲烷菌群的附着提供了有利环境。 Aiming at biogas production failure caused by ammonia nitrogen inhibition in the process of dry anaerobic digestion of chicken manure,the effects of several mediating materials as granular activated carbon(GAC),activated carbon powder,magnet powder and zeolite powder on the biogas production performance of dry anaerobic digestion of chicken manure were studied by batch test.The results showed that the cumulative biogas production of chicken manure in dry biogas anerobic digestion added with GAC,activated carbon powder,magnet powder and zeolite powder increased by 13.8%,7.08%,6.69%and 0.19%respectively compared with the control group.On this basis,the effects of the adding quantity and particle size of GAC on biogas production performance were further studied.In the adding range of 60~120 g·L^(-1) of GAC,the biogas production efficiency increased with the increased of adding quantity.When the adding quantity reached 100 g·L^(-1) and 120 g·L^(-1),the difference of biogas production efficiency was not obvious.The optimum range of particle size of GAC was 0.5~1 mm.The improvement mechanism of the biogas production efficiency of chicken manure dry anaerobic digestion with GAC addition may attribute to the fact that GAC can play a role of carrier,providing a favorable environment for the attachment of methanogenic flora.
