摘要
本文选择SAF和5Br-PADAP两个显色体系构成显色体系对,建立双显色双波长分光光度法。可不经分离,同时高灵敏地测定铌和钽,应用在合金钢分析中获得满意的结果。
A sensitive and selective method for the simultaneous determination of Nb and Ta in alloy steel, which is based on the basic principle of the dual-system and double-wavelength spectrophotometry, has been developed. SAP and 5Br-PADAP were chosen for constructing "the pair of coloured system", and Nb and Ta were quantified by the formulas: △ANb =A5Br-PADAP,604 - 0.28ASAF,513 △ATa=ASAF,513 -A5Br-PADAP,615 s respectively. The present method has a high sensitivity (△ⅢTa = 1.35 × 10s, △ⅢNb =1.33 ×105), and .most of common ions do not disturb the determination of Nb and Ta.
