摘要
火焰原子吸收光谱法由于基体干扰少、操作简便、设备廉价得到了广泛应用,但同时又因为灵敏度不够高其应用受到某些限制,非火焰的石墨炉原子吸收分析法,灵敏度较火焰法有很大提高.但由于有较严重的基体效应、设备复杂、价格昂贵。
A slotted stainless steel tube when used in air-acetylene flame increses the residence time of atoms in the light path of an atomic-absorption spectrometer,thus increasing the analytical sensitivity.With this technique copper and zinc were determined in serum diluted 1:20.Rapid accurate analyses can be achieved by using continuous aspiration.Use of aqueous standards resulted in recovery for copper and zinc of 92-110.9%.Coefficient of variation of 2.7% and 3.6%respectively.
