摘要 程序涂渍色谱柱即柱内固定液和载体的比例按一定程序变化,合理安排可缩短高沸组分的保留时间,提高柱效,因而具有一定的实际意义。本文对程序涂渍的实践和理论问题进行了初步的探讨。 The chromatographic performance of columns comprised of segments with different liquid phase loading was evaluated with respect to column efficiency, resolution and solute retention time. The behavior of the gradient columns as a function of flow direction is studied.The columns possessing an exponentially gradient in k’ have been treated theoretically from the viewpoint of solute retention time. The derived equations have been experimentally verified. The application of these columns has been studied.
