摘要
本文提出了一个计算冲洗液在毛细管载体上疏水能力和估算冲洗速度的模型,讨论了改变冲洗液表面张力对冲洗速度影响的因素,以实验数据对该模型做了定性检验,该模型为多孔环炉技术的开发奠定了基础。
A model calculating the hydrophobility and evaluating the flow rate of eluant on a hydrophobic capillarity beds has been presented. The influence factors caused by the change of the surface tension of the cluanl were discussed. This model was tested by experiment qualitatively and has laid the foundation for exploring multi-hole ring oven techniques.
