Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Chinese Medicinal Herb Anemone Raddeana Regel(Ⅲ)

从中药竹节香附中分得三萜皂苷R1以及葡萄糖和蔗糖。R1经鉴定为3-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖]-齐墩果酸。这是首次从植物中分得的新皂苷,命名为竹节香附素B。

The Chinese medicinal herb, Anemone raddeana Regel, has been used for treatment of rheinnatism and phlebits etc. in folk medicine. A new saponin R1, which was named raddeanin B, and glucose as well as cane sugar have been isolated from this plant.By spectroscopic and chemical methods, it has been identified as 3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1→4 )-α-L-arabinosyl]-oleanolic acid. It has not been isolated previously from any plant source.
