摘要
本文研究了双酚A(BisA)-4,4’-二氯二苯砜(DCDPS)-对苯二酚(HQ)三元聚合物的合成、鉴定与结构.BisA+HQ与DCDPS以等摩尔在稍过量碳酸钾存在下相互作用可以制得三元聚合物,玻璃化转变温度范围由191℃到227℃,随着HQ组成的增加而上升.三元聚合物较聚砜有更好的耐溶剂性,但其流动性随HQ含量的增加而降低,电性能与聚砜相似.
BisA-DCDPS-HQ copolymer has been synthesized. The copolymer has been demonstrated by solubility characteristies, IR, NMR, and dynamic mechanical behavior.It is interesting that BisA-DCDPS-HQ copolymer has higher glass transition temperatures (Tg) than BisA-PSF. The range of glass transition temperatures of these copolymers is between 191℃(Tg of pure BisA-PSF) and 227℃ (Tg of pure HQ-PSF). As seen in table 2 and figure 4 the glass transition temperatures of these copolymers increases monotonically as a function of HQ contents in these copolymers.The copolymers has better solvent resistance properties than BisA-PSF.
