摘要
采用样条函数逼近DSC曲线,分别对4,5-环氧环己烷1,2-二甲酸二缩水甘油酯、四氢邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯及双酚A二缩水甘油醚与间苯二胺的固化动力学作了研究.结果表明,样条函数逼近DSC曲线有较高的精度,由模拟函数处理实验数据取得较满意的结果.
Spline simulation function has been applied to the study of the curing kinetics of epoxy resins and better accuracy of DSC simulated curves and more satisfactory kinetic parameters were obtained.The values of apparent activation energies,E,obtained from the isothermal curves were in the range of 10-12 kcal/mol,which agreed with the results of our previous TBA experiment as well as those reported in the literature.Similar results(apparent activation energy E and reaction order n)were observed from the dynamic DSC experimental curves of the reaction systems.
