摘要
根据几种涂层体系循环老化试验结果的比较,对划痕处腐蚀宽度大小的原因进行分析,发现无机硅酸锌涂料的特殊结构在防腐中的优势,有助于开发和选用极端环境下防护涂料及涂层体系,保证防腐蚀效果,对提高涂层耐久性有一定意义。
The cyclic aging test results of several typical coating systems are comparatively analyzed. In particular, the reasons for the corrosion width at the scratches are analyzed. It is revealed that the special structure of the inorganic zinc silicate coating has advantages in corrosion control, which is helpful for the development and selection of protective coating systems for extreme environments. It is significant for the performance improvement such as anticorrosion and durability.
