论自觉践行新时代高校人才队伍建设的政治要求

Consciously practicing the political requirements for talents’ team construction in colleges of the new era

高校各种类型人才群体肩负着为党育人、为国育才,铸魂育人、立德树人的时代重任,履行着教育管理、教育教学、教育科研的岗位职责。高校全体教育管理人员、教育教学人员、教育科研人员,都要自觉践行政治忠诚、政治担当、政治自律的政治要求。政治忠诚,就是要做到对党无限热爱、对党无限忠诚,具有新时代中国特色社会主义的思想和意识、语言和行动,永远听党话、永远跟党走;政治担当,就是要做到愿意担当想干事、能够担当会干事、确实担当干成事、廉洁担当不出事,亲临一线身体力行,求真务实,真抓实干;政治自律,就是要做到洞察腐败的多发性,识别腐败的隐秘性,警惕腐败的侵蚀性,筑牢规矩、纪律、法律防线,廉洁自律,拒腐防变。

All kinds of talented personnel groups of colleges and universities undertake time’s responsibility to teach students and to train their moral characters. They also fulfill the positional demands of educational management, teaching activity and science research. All college staff of educational management, teachers and researchers must conscientiously carry out the political requirements of loyalty, responsibility and self-discipline. The first is political loyalty. One should love the Party and be loyal to the Party infinitely, listening to the Party forever and following the Party forever. The second is political responsibility. One would be responsible to do something, can be responsible to do something, must be responsible to fulfill something and will be responsible never to do any corruption. One should set a good example by personal taking part in and being steadfast to the work. Lastly, oneshould politically self-disciplined by distinguishing multiple corruptions. All of us must build the rules, keep the laws, refuse corruption, and defend integrity and self-discipline.
