大体积混凝土施工中裂缝成因分析及防治措施

Cause analysisand prevention measures of cracks in mass concrete construction

建筑产业是国民经济的支柱产业,同时又是城市建设的重要元素。混凝土结构施工作为建筑工程的主要施工工序,其施工工艺已经逐渐成熟。但在混凝土施工中,构件表面产生裂缝现象的依然存在,尤其是大体积混凝土结构,由于施工工艺参差不齐,产生裂缝的数量和程度不同。本文通过分析大体积混凝土产生裂缝的原因和因素,并提出相应防治措施。

Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy and an important element of urban construction.As the main construction procedure of construction engineering,concrete structure construction technology has gradually matured.However,in concrete construction,cracks still occur on the surface of members,especially in mass concrete structures.Because of the uneven construction technology,the number and degree of cracks are different.This paper analyzes the causes and factors of cracks in mass concrete,and puts forward corresponding prevention measures.
