Structural Design and Test Verification of High-Voltage Flame Retardant Power Cables

摘要 近年来城市高压电网输电线路电缆化趋势明显,随着人们安全意识的增长,高压电缆的阻燃性能愈发重要。对于典型的高压电缆结构,防蚀层涂覆沥青及外护套材料的选型成为电缆能否通过燃烧试验的关键因素。通过防蚀层正常涂覆沥青与不涂覆沥青电缆试样的燃烧试验对比发现,防蚀层采用普通热涂覆沥青时,选用合适的阻燃外护套材料(阻燃聚氯乙烯、阻燃聚乙烯),电缆可以满足阻燃C类以及阻燃A类的要求。 In recent years,the trend of cabling transmission line in urban high-voltage power grid is obvious.With the growth of people’s safety awareness,the flame retardant performance of high-voltage cable is becoming more and more important.For the typical high-voltage cable structure,the selection of anticorrosive coating asphalt and outer sheath material becomes the key factor for the cable to pass the combustion test.Through the comparison of the combustion test of the normal coated asphalt and the uncoated asphalt cable samples,it is found that when the ordinary hot coated asphalt is used as the anticorrosion layer and the appropriate flame-retardant outer sheath materials(flame-retardant PVC,flame-retardant PE)are selected,the cable can meet the requirements of flame-retardant class C and flame-retardant class A.
