高强韧基座铸件凝固工艺设计数值模拟优化研究

Research on Numerical Simulation Optimization of Solidification Process Design for High Strength and Tough Base Casting

摘要 选用开放式浇铸系统设计了A356基座铸件自由充型凝固成形工艺,结合Pro-CAST软件完成了充型流动场与凝固固相场分布的数值仿真计算,通过自由充型凝固成形工艺设计优化与浇铸温度工艺参数调整,实现了基座铸件自下而上的逐层顺序凝固,疏松缺陷由铸件本体转移至补缩冒口区域。经过实验表明,断裂裂纹扩展方式由沿晶断裂转变为韧窝断裂。 The open filling system is used to design the solidification forming process of the A356 base casting, combining with the Pro-CAST software, the filling flow field and distribution of solidification solid phase field was simulated numerically, benefiting from the optimization design of the filling and solidification process, and the adjustment of the pouring temperature parameters, the sequential solidification gradation from bottom to up was realized, so the loose defects were transferred from the ontology area to the riser region. The fracture crack propagation mechanism changes from intergranular fracture to dimple fracture.
