摘要
采用三维非定常数值模拟手段分别获取了均匀进气和温度畸变进气条件下压气机性能。结果显示:进气温度畸变对组合压气机设计点流量没有影响,但会导致设计点效率、最高压比降低,喘振裕度下降;进气温度畸变会造成压气机出口总温周向分布不均匀,周向上存在高、低温区,但总压未呈现出周向不均匀性;畸变指数TC120和TC60沿流向均呈现出减小的趋势,在三级静子上游减小较快,在三级静子下游减小趋缓。TC120和TC60呈现出在转子叶片排中减小、在静子叶片排中增大的特点。
Unsteady numerical simulation was conducted on a combined compressor, the performance of the compressor with uniform inlet and total temperature distortion inlet was obtained. It is showed that the inlet temperature distortion has no effect on the flow rate at the design point, but it will reduce the efficiency at the design point, the maximum pressure ratio and the surgeon margin. It would cause the circumferential distribution of the total temperature at the outlet of the compressor to be uniform. The distortion index TC120 and TC60 decreased along the flow direction, and decrease after the rotor blade and increased after the stator blade.
