可重复运载火箭典型结构孔强化应力分析 被引量:1

Stress Analysis of Typical Structural Hole Strengthening of Launch Vehicle

摘要 针对运载火箭典型结构材料,利用ABAQUS软件建立有限元模型,在此基础上进行冷挤压孔强化仿真,分析不同强化比例下孔周应力,并考虑回弹量的铆接后孔周应力进行分析,得到最佳孔强化比例。通过拉伸试验进行验证,确定孔强化最佳强化比例。 The finite element model was established by using ABAQUS software for typical structural materials of launch vehicle. On this basis, the cold extrusion hole strengthening simulation was carried out. The stress around the hole under different strengthening ratios is analyzed. The stress around the hole after riveting with springback was analyzed. The optimum hole strengthening ratio was obtained. The optimum strengthening ratio of hole strengthening was determined by tensile test.
