摘要
通过对复杂曲面数控加工切削力优化的应用实例研究,介绍了切削力优化的自适应控制方式和物理仿真的两种方法;同时,通过切削力优化能够提高数控加工的加工效率,改善工件的表面质量和加工精度。
By studying the application of cutting force optimization in NC machining of complex curved surface, two methods of adaptive control and physical simulation for cutting force optimization were introduced. At the same time, it was concluded that cutting force optimization could improve the machining efficiency of NC machining, and improve the surface quality and machining precision of workpiece.
