自由与嵌装状态下冷凝器散热对冰箱性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对某品牌冰箱,在自由和嵌装状态下分别建立了数值模型,对压缩机仓的空气流动及散热进行仿真研究,并用实验验证了模型的可靠性。模拟结果表明:与自由状态相比,嵌装状态下冰箱压缩机仓与外界之间空气流动阻力增大,导致气流主要流动方向由侧进侧出变为底进底出,并且总风量降低28.6%,热气流短路风量增大32.2%,抬高了压缩机仓进风温度,使得冷凝器表面平均温度增大13.9℃,压缩机壳顶平均温度升高27.6℃。而嵌装状态下冷凝器散热恶化,抬高了压缩机压比,最终导致冰箱日耗电量增大13.66%。本文研究结果可为嵌入式冰箱压缩机仓的冷凝器散热性能优化提供理论指导。 Numerical models were established for refrigerators under free and embedded conditions.The airflow and heat dissipation in the compressor compartment were simulated.Then the reliability of the models was validated by experiments.The simulation results showed that,compared with the free state,the airflow resistance of the built-in refrigerator increased between the compressor compartment and the outside.The main flow direction switched from“side in side out”into“bottom in bottom out”.The total air volume dropped by 28.6%,the short circuit air volume increased by 32.2%,which raised the inlet air temperature.Hence,the condenser surface average temperature increased by 13.9℃,and the average temperature on the top of the compressor increased by 27.6℃.In the embedded state,the heat dissipation of the condenser deteriorated,which increased the compressor pressure ratio and eventually led to the power consumption of the refrigerator increasing by 13.66%.This paper can provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of heat dissipation performance of the embedded refrigerator.
