国内某大型机场旅检通道环境监测结果及分析

Environmental monitoring results and analysis of passenger inspection channel in a large domestic airport

目的 监测某大型国际机场旅客安检通道卫生状况。方法 在不同航站楼,以病毒气溶胶采集富集仪采集目标旅检通道空气气溶胶样本,以实时荧光PCR法检测甲型流感、乙型流感、人常见4种冠状病毒、鼻病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、人博卡病毒、肠道病毒(通用)等病原体核酸。采用涂抹法采集目标旅检通道内拖鞋及篮筐样本,以分离培养法检测菌落总数、真菌计数。结合分离培养法及实时荧光PCR法检测相关肠道致病菌。结果 20份空气气溶胶样本上述常见呼吸道病毒核酸检测结果均为阴性。共计检出7份金黄色葡萄球菌,均为从拖鞋样本中检出;同时检出一批条件致病菌。结论 空气气溶胶样本检测结果显示该机场旅检通道所在区域空气质量较好,提示旅客在安检过程中感染呼吸道传染病风险较低。金黄色葡萄球菌通过旅检通道拖鞋传播疾病风险较大,具有一定的交叉传播风险。

Objective To survey the sanitary condition of passenger security passage in a large international airport.Methods In different terminals,aerosol samples were collected by virus aerosol collection and enrichment instrument,and nucleic acids of influenza A,influenza B,four common human coronaviruses,rhinovirus,respiratory syncytial virus,human bo-cavirus and enterovirus(common)were detected by real-time fluorescent PCR.The samples of slippers and baskets were collected by smearing method,and the total number of colonies and fungi were detected by isolation and culture method.Isolation and culture method and real-time PCR method were combined to detect related intestinal pathogenic bacteria.Results The nucleic acid test results of 20 aerosol samples were all negative.A total of 7 Staphylococcus aureus samples were detected from slipper samples,and a batch of opportunistic pathogens were detected at the same time.Conclusion The test results of air aerosol samples show that the air quality in the airport's travel inspection channel is good,which indicates that the risk of respiratory infectious diseases is low in the process of security inspection.The risk of Staphylococcus aureus spreading disease through slippers is high,and there is a certain risk of cross transmission.
