摘要
目的 对温岭市儿童平均血清25-羟基维生素D(25-hydroxy-vitamin D,25-OH-VD)的水平展开调查,旨在指导该区域预防儿童维生素D(Vitamin D,VD)缺乏提供科学依据。方法 选取该市妇幼保健院2017年1月—2019年10月诊治的0岁~14岁儿童5 747例,并采用25-OH-VD的水平来反映当前调查对象体内VD的含量。结果 0岁~14岁25-OH-VD水平为(31. 08±10. 24) ng/ml,其中男童[(31. 33±10. 05) ng/ml]高于女童[(30. 77±10. 24)ng/ml];学龄后组[(21. 32±6. 69) ng/ml]明显低于学龄前组[(31. 67±10. 01) ng/ml]。结论 本市儿童平均维生素D水平偏低,需及时按照维生素D补充指南进行纠正。
Objective The average serum level of 25-hydroxy-vitamin D(25-OH-VD)in Wenling children was investigated,aiming to provide scientific basis for the prevention of vitamin D(VD)deficiency in children in this area.Methods A total of 5020 children aged 0-14 years who were diagnosed and treated in the Wenling Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected,and the level of 25-OH-VD was used to reflect the content of VD in the current survey subjects.Results The average serum value of 25-OH-VD between 0-14 years old was 31.08 ng/ml±10.24 ng/ml;the average serum value of 25-OH-VD in boys(31.33 ng/ml±10.05 ng/ml)was significant higher than that in girls(30.77 ng/ml±10.24 ng/ml);and the mean value of 25-OH-VD in the post-school age group(21.32 ng/ml±6.69 ng/ml)was much lower than that in the preschool group(31.67 ng/ml±10.01 ng/ml).Conclusion The average VD level of children in our city was relatively low,and this situation should be corrected in time according to the vitamin D supple・mentation guidelines.
