摘要
针对常规氧含量检测仪工作寿命短,检测精度低,不能安装在储罐内部,造成无法对气相连通储罐内的氧含量实时监测等问题,基于可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术,设计开发了一种高灵敏度、现场无源、高可靠性的激光光纤氧气在线监测系统。经过实验室测试和现场应用,该系统稳定可靠,可实现对储罐及连通管道中氧含量的准确在线监测,有效降低群罐火灾风险,具有良好的推广和应用前景。
Conventional oxygen content detectors have short working life and low detection accuracy,and cannot be installed inside the storage tank,which makes it impossible to monitor the oxygen content in the gas-phase connected storage tank in real time.In response to the above problems,based on the tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy technology,a high-sensitivity,on-site passive,high-reliability laser fiber oxygen online monitoring system has been designed and developed.Through laboratory tests and field application,the system was proven to be stable and reliable,which could realize accurate online monitoring of oxygen content in the storage tanks and connecting pipelines,effectively reduce the risk of group tank fires,and have good promotion and application prospects.
