摘要
针对铁路电力线故障排除和供电恢复时间长的问题,提出铁路电力线在故障状态下快速恢复供电的策略。采用Browser/Server(B/S)构架建立监控平台,按照电力线等效模型推导了电力线故障诊断的计算式;基于云计算的大数据快速计算能力,将铁路电力线的箱变分为若干单元,对各箱变采集的电压电流和开关位置信息进行综合计算与处理,实现铁路电力线故障诊断、自动隔离、快速恢复供电一体化。应用该方法研制了电力线故障快速隔离装置,经试验表明该装置故障诊断和自动隔离准确,能够快速恢复全区间电力线箱变的供电,也为故障排除指明范围,节省了故障处理时间。
A monitoring platform is established by use of the Browser/Server(B/S),to deduce the calculation formula for the electric power line faults diagnosis according to the electric power line equivalent model;on the basis of the big data fast computing capability of cloud computation,the box type substation of the railway electric power line is divided into several units to calculate and process comprehensively the information of voltage,current and switching positions so as to realize the integration of railway electric power line fault diagnosis,automatic isolation and rapid recovery of power supply.The rapid isolation device is developed by application of this method,and the tests show that the device is able to carry out the fault diagnosis and automatic isolation accurately,recover rapidly the power supply for the box type substations of the whole electric power line,instruct clearly the scope of fault elimination,saving the time for fault eliminating.
