摘要
以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体,用乳液聚合法合成三元共聚物DMC-AM-BA,通过红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征,研究其表面张力、界面张力、对织物的抗静电能力和对头发的干摩擦能力。结果表明,DMC-AM-BA质量浓度为4597 mg/L时,表面张力为47.88 mN/m;2.5 g/L时,油/水界面张力较低(0.4 mN/m);经2 g/LDMC-AM-BA处理的聚酯布和腈纶布的表面比电阻对数值分别降低了4.44和4.24,大于GB/T 16801—1997要求的2.50,说明DMC-AM-BA具有良好的抗静电性;DMC-AM-BA对头发具有一定的梳理能力。
Terpolymer DMC-AM-BA was synthesized by emulsion polymerization using methacryloyl oxy⁃ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC),acrylamide(AM)and butyl acrylate(BA)as monomers,and charac⁃terized by FT-IR and 1H NMR.Surface tension,interfacial tension,antistatic ability to fabrics and dry friction against hair of it were studied.The results showed that when the concentration of DMC-AM-BA was 4597 mg/L,the surface tension was 47.88 mN/m.When it was 2.5 g/L,the oil-water interfacial tension was low(0.4 mN/m).The logarithm of specific surface resistance of the polyester cloth and acrylic cloth treated by 2 g/L DMC-AM-BA were reduced by 4.44 and 4.24,respectively,which is greater than 2.50 required by GB/T 16801-1997.It showed that DMC-AM-BA had good antistatic properties.DMC-AM-BA had a certain combing ability for hair.
