一种防晒护色发乳的制备及性能

Preparation and performance of sunscreen and color protection hair cream

针对染发后头发颜色在光照下容易分解褪色的问题,以花椒籽、核桃青皮、普洱熟茶、白芨粉等为原料制备防晒护色发乳,并进行正交实验,确定优化配方。结果表明,防晒护色发乳的优化配方:普洱熟茶浸提液320份,白芨胶152份,核桃青皮浸提液100份,花椒籽种仁提取液45份,花椒籽蛋白肽溶液31份,乳木果油19份,花椒籽种皮黑色素4份,维生素C和维生素E 1.2份[m(V_(C))∶m(V_(E))=5∶8]。对防晒护色发乳毒性与功效的评价实验表明,该发乳对头发具一定的防晒、固色、染黑、滋养、止痒功效。

In order to solve the problem that hair color after hair dyeing was easy to decompose and fade under light,a kind of sunscreen and color protection hair cream was prepared by prickly ash seed,walnut green husk,Pu'er ripe tea and bletilla striata powder,and the optimized formula was determined by orthogo⁃nal test.The results showed that the optimized formula of sunscreen and color protection hair cream was as follows:320 Pu'er tea extracts,152 bletilla striata gum extracts,100 walnut peel extracts,45 prickly ash seed kernel extracts,31 prickly ash seed protein peptide extracts,19 shea butter extracts,4 melanin in prickly ash seed peel extracts,and 1.2 vitamin C and vitamin E(the mass ratio of vitamin C to vitamin E was 5∶8).The evaluation test of toxicity and efficacy of sunscreen hair cream showed that the hair cream had certain func⁃tions of sunscreen,fixing color,darkening,nourishing and relieving itching.
