芹菜叶色素提取及其对棉织物的染色 被引量:1

摘要 以芹菜叶为原料,提取色素为天然染料,比较浸提法和超声波法提取芹菜叶色素的提取效率。较优浸提法工艺:40%乙醇为提取剂,料液比1∶20,75℃浸提100 min。探究芹菜叶色素超声波染色棉织物工艺对上染率的影响,最佳染色工艺:超声波功率400 W,浴比1∶50,50℃染色40 min。研究媒染对上染率和色牢度的影响。结果表明,优化的媒染工艺为硫酸铜预媒染,可提高耐皂洗色牢度。芹菜叶色素上染棉织物的色牢度可达国家服用标准。 Using celery leaf as raw material,the pigment was extracted as natural dye.The extraction effi⁃ciency of celery leaf pigment by extraction method and ultrasonic method was compared.The extraction pro⁃cess was as follows:40%ethanol as extraction agent,the ratio of material to liquid 1∶20,extraction 75℃for 100 min.The effect of ultrasonic dyeing conditions of celery leaf pigment on dyeing rate of cotton fabric was studied.The optimum dyeing process was as follows:ultrasonic power 400 W,bath ratio 1∶50,dyeing at 50℃for 40 min.The influence of mordant on dye uptake and color fastness was studied.The results showed that the optimized mordant dyeing process was copper sulfate pre-mordanting,which could improve the color fastness to soaping.The color fastness of cotton fabric dyed with celery leaf pigment could reach the national standard.
