锦氨连续去油工艺中去油剂的研制与应用

Development and application of degreasing agent in nylon/spandex continuous degreasing process

锦氨织物因结构的特殊性,含油率高,容易造成油剂返沾,在工厂生产加工中产生白斑等疵点问题。主要研究织物结构、性能以及工厂生产工艺,开发配套的去油剂,并对比其与市场常见去油剂的应用性能。结果表明,在连续生产工艺中,新研制的去油剂不论是去油、乳化性能,还是对织物防返沾效果均优于市场常见去油剂。

Because of its special structure and high oil content,nylon/spandex fabric is easy to cause oil agent back staining and white spots in the process of factory production and processing.The structure and performance of fabric and factory production technology were mainly researched and analyzed,a matching de⁃greasing agent was developed,and the application of degreasing agents and common deoiling agents in the market were compared.The results showed that the newly developed degreasing agent had obvious advantag⁃es over the common degreasing agents in the market in terms of degreasing,emulsifying performance and an⁃ti back staining effect on fabrics.
