摘要
在棉糖色度定量法基础上,为提高色度测量前显色反应的灵敏度,以D-葡萄糖替代D-果糖作为显色标准物,建立测试棉花含糖量的主成分模型。结果表明:与D-果糖类似,D-葡萄糖用量与色度参数L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)、C、X、Y、Z、h、T和K/S值均呈现线性关系,但拟合方程斜率较大,说明D-葡萄糖作为显色标准物使方法具有更高的灵敏度及可靠性。以D-葡萄糖为显色标准物,分别建立基于5个色度参数或10个色度参数的棉糖主成分测试模型。实证结果表明建模方法的一致性较好,均可根据实际情况选用。
On the basis of the quantitative method for color measurement of cotton sugar coloration,in order to improve the sensitivity of color reaction before color measurement,D-glucose instead of D-fructose was used as the color standard,and a main component model was established to test the sugar content of cotton.The results showed that similar to D-fructose,the relationship between the concentration of D-glu⁃cose and the color parameters L^(*),a^(*),b^(*),C,X,Y,Z,h,T and K/S value was linear,but the slope of fitting equation was larger,which indicated that D-glucose as a color standard made the method more sensitive and reliable.Using D-glucose as the color standard,the main component models of cotton sugar based on 5 or 10 color parameters were established.The empirical results showed that the consistency of the two modeling methods was good,which could be selected according to the actual situation.
