基于单电源磁通门原理的漏电检测电路设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前漏电互感器在微型断路器应用中体积上的限制,以及现有技术不能对毫安级弱电流进行有效检测的问题,提出了一种基于磁通门原理单电源供电的漏电检测电路。运用单电源设计并选取合适材料作为互感器磁芯,设计了检测电路与滤波电路,有效避免外部磁场干扰,提高了检测精度,用Multisim仿真验证了电路的准确性;通过检测激磁电流获取漏电信息,具有良好的延展性。实验表明,该检测方法能有效检测漏电流;采用单电源供电优化了电源电路,降低了生产成本。 To avoid the volume limitation of leakage transformer in the application of miniature circuit breakers and solve the problem that it cannot effectively detect the milliampere-level weak currents,a leakage detection circuit based on the principle of fluxgate is proposed.The single power supply design is adopted,and the appropriate material is selected as the magnetic core of the transformer.The detection circuit and filtering circuit are designed to effectively avoid external magnetic interference and improve the detection accuracy.The circuit accuracy is verified by Multisim simulation.The leakage information can be obtained by detecting the excitation current,which has good ductility.Experiments show that the detection method can detect leakage current effectively.The single power supply is used to optimize the power supply circuit and reduce the production cost.
