“政产学研用”合作创新网络知识溢出模型

摘要 知识经济时代,构建知识网络是企业获取竞争的重要选择。运用理论研究方法,界定了政产学研用合作创新网络知识创新主体和角色认知,并探究了政产学研用合作创新网络中知识溢出的内在机理,认为知识落差、位势差异、知识介质和运行模式的差异,造成了政产学研用合作创新网络知识溢出的可能。借鉴“产学研”三螺旋创新模型,构建出政产学研用合作创新网络的知识溢出模型,系统阐释了政产学研用合作创新网络的结构和运作方式,积极推动知识创新和创造,为区域经济发展和组织竞争优势的提升提供决策参考。 In the era of knowledge economy,it is an important choice to build a knowledge network for enterprises to gain competition.Theoretical research methods are used to define the knowledge innovation subject and role cognition of“government-industry-university-research-application”cooperative innovation network,and explore the internal mechanism of knowledge spillover in the“government-industry-university-research-application”cooperative innovation network.The differences among knowledge gap,potential difference,knowledge medium and operation pattern result in the possibility of knowledge spillover in the“government-industry-university-research-application”cooperative innovation network.Based on the triple helix innovation model of“industry-university-research”,the knowledge spillover model of the“government-industry-university-research-application”cooperative innovation network is constructed which explains systematically the structure and operation pattern of the“government-industry-university-research-application”cooperative innovation network.The model contributes to knowledge innovation and creation,and can provide decision-making reference for regional economic development and the improvement of organizational competitive advantage.
