中医治疗2型糖尿病组方用药经验的数据挖掘

Data Mining on the Experience of Prescription and Medication of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:运用数据挖掘技术,发现2型糖尿病的中医组方用药规律。方法:检索中国知网建库至2019年12月的有关中医治疗2型糖尿病的临床文献,进行标准化筛选得到976篇,进行信息提取和数据规范化处理后,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件对数据进行分析。结果:中医治疗2型糖尿病所用中药复方涉及9种剂型,其中以汤剂和免煎颗粒剂最为多见;其处方用药涉及344味之多,使用频数较高的前30位药味的配伍涉及到的四君子汤、补中益气汤、四物汤-桃红四物汤、六味地黄丸-知柏地黄丸、生脉散、增液汤、玉液汤、葛根芩连汤、泽泻汤、二陈汤等古方;组方主要涉及核心药味(炙黄芪、生地、山茱萸、山药、麦冬、炒白术、茯苓、当归、丹参、葛根、黄连)及其之间的配伍,并以较大剂量的黄芪、葛根、地黄、山药、丹参等选用为特点。结论:2型糖尿病的中医组方用药呈现一定的规律,以益气养阴、生津增液、清热泻火、养血活血、祛湿化痰及其不同配伍为基本结构,相关核心药味之间的选配可为临床2型糖尿病中医组方用药提供重要的参考。

Objective:To find out the rule of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for type 2 diabetes mellitus by using data mining technology.Methods:Searching the clinical literature on TCM treatment of type 2 diabetes from the inception of CNKI database to December 2019,976 articles were obtained through standardized screening,and then the information extraction and data standardization were carried out.The data were analyzed by using the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(v 2.5).Results:There were 9 dosage forms of Chinese medicine prescriptions used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,among which,decoction and boil-free granules were the most common;the used drugs involved 344 varieties,and the top 30 drugs with high frequency of use mainly were Sijunzi decoction,Buzhong Yiqi decoction,Siwu decoction,Taohong Siwu decoction,Liuwei Dihuang pills,Zhibai Dihuang pills,Shengmai powder,Zengyi decoction,Yuye decoction,Gegen Qinlian decoction,Zexie Decoction and Erchen decoction.The core drugs included Radix Astragali Preparata,Rehmanniae Radix,Corni Fructus,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Ophiopogonis Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Poria,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Coptidis Rhizoma.It is characterized by large dosage use of Astragali Radix,Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Rehmanniae Radix,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.Conclusion:The TCM prescriptions for type 2 diabetes show a certain regularity,and their basic structure is based on supplementing qi and nourishing yin,promoting fluid production,clearing heat and reducing fire,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm,and their various combinations.The related core drugs can provide important reference for the clinical application of TCM prescriptions for type 2 diabetes.
