基于AHP-CRITIC权重分析法结合正交设计法优选降脂方冲泡条件的研究

Optimization of the Brewing Conditions for Jiangzhi Prescription Based on AHP-CRITIC Weight Analysis and Orthogonal Design

目的:研究降脂方代茶饮的最佳冲泡条件。方法:以总黄酮、总生物碱、蒽醌类成分的含量以及浸膏得率作为评价指标,采用AHP-CRITIC混合加权法确定各指标权重系数以得出综合评分,结合正交试验优选降脂方冲泡条件中的冲泡时间、次数及加水量,并加以验证。结果:以AHP-CRITIC混合加权法确定的权重系数较为合理,优选的冲泡条件为20倍量的沸水冲泡3次,每次40 min。验证试验综合评分均值为97.788,RSD为1.09%(n=3)。结论:AHP-CRITIC混合加权法可用于降脂方冲泡条件优选多指标权重的建立,优选的冲泡条件经验证,合理、稳定,重复性好。

Objective:To study the best brewing conditions for Jiangzhi prescription.Methods:The contents of total flavonoids,total alkaloids and anthraquinones,and the yield of dry extraction were used as the evaluation indexes.AHP-CRITIC combined with weighting method was used to determine the weight coefficient of each index to obtain the comprehensive score.Using orthogonal test,the brewing duration,brewing times and water amount of Jiangzhi prescription were optimized and verified.Results:The weight coefficient determined by AHP-CRITIC combined with weighting method was more reasonable.The optimal brewing condition was as follows:20-fold amount of boiling water was used to brew for 3 times with 40 minutes for each time.The average comprehensive score of three batches in validation tests was 97.788 with the RSDs of 1.09%.Conclusion:AHP-CRITIC combined with weighting method can be used to establish the weight of multiple indexes in the optimization of brewing conditions for Jiangzhi prescription.The optimized brewing conditions are verified to be reasonable,stable and reproducible.
