摘要 目的:研究Mulligan技术配合治疗老年膝骨关节炎患者对促进膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法:2019年9月-2020年9月收治膝骨关节炎老年患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组采取常规治疗;试验组在常规治疗基础上配合Mulligan技术治疗。比较两组患者膝关节功能恢复情况。结果:试验组治疗后西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数量表(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数评分低于对照组,Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组,膝关节活动度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年膝骨关节炎患者采用Mulligan技术配合常规治疗,更有利于促进患者膝关节功能恢复。 Objective:To explore the effect of Mulligan technique on promoting the recovery of knee function in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,92 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The experimental group was treated with Mulligan technology on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the recovery of knee function between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,after treatment,the score of WOMAC osteoarthritis index was lower than that of the control group,the score of Lysholm knee function was higher than that of the control group,and the range of motion of knee joint was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mulligan technology combined with routine treatment for elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis is more conducive to promote the recovery of knee function.
