摘要
目的:分析吲达帕胺+依那普利应用于社区治疗高血压病的临床效果及并发症发生率。方法:2019年4月-2020年10月收治社区高血压患者96例,按不同治疗方法分为两组,各48例。对照组接受常规治疗;试验组在常规治疗基础上增加吲达帕胺+依那普利联合干预。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后焦虑筛查量表(GAD-7)、抑郁筛查量表(PHQ-9)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压疾病的社区干预中应用常规治疗联合吲达帕胺+依那普利,可以更好地控制患者病情,稳定血压水平,改善生理状态,且有着较高安全性。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and complication rate of indapamide plus enalapril in community treatment of hypertension.Methods:From April 2019 to October 2020,96 patients with hypertension in the community were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The combined intervention of indapamide and enalapril was added in the experimental group on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the community intervention of hypertension,the application of routine treatment combined with indapamide plus enalapril can better control the patient's condition,stabilize the blood pressure level,improve the physiological state,and has high safety.
