Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dual-heart mode in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and anxiety. Methods:From March 2019 to February 2021,45 patients with coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and anxiety were selected, they were divided into the two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group was given conventional treatment. The observation group was given dual-heart mode treatment. We compared the treatment effects of the two groups. Results:The scores of depression(HAMD)and anxiety(HAMA)after treatment in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of dual-heart mode treatment for patients with coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and anxiety can effectively improve the heart function of the patients, reduce the negative emotions of the patients, and effectively improve the satisfaction of the patients with treatment.
