神经内科眩晕门诊1894例眩晕患者病因分析

Analysis of the etiology of 1894 patients with vertigo in the vertigo clinic of the department of neurology

目的:分析神经内科眩晕门诊眩晕患者1894例的病因。方法:选取2018年11月-2020年12月有眩晕症状的患者1894例,对所有患者进行辅助检查,主要包括视频眼震电图仪、颅脑CT诊断、脑血管超声诊断等,并根据结果分析眩晕原因以及个体差异。结果:良性阵发性位置性眩晕症状各个年龄均有体现,多集中在中老年人群,女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);神经症集中于30~60岁女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);短暂性脑缺血多集中在中老年人群,男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑梗死集中于30岁以上患者,前庭神经元炎以及脑肿瘤各阶段均有发生。结论:临床门诊医护人员需要对患者产生眩晕原因进行分析,良性阵发性位置性眩晕属于常见原因,女性高于男性;医护人员应及时做好判断并采取后期治疗,还应对危险因素进行筛查,提高后期治疗效率。

Objective:To analyze the etiology of 1894 patients with vertigo in the vertigo clinic of the department of neurology.Methods:From November 2018 to December 2020,1894 patients with vertigo symptoms were selected,auxiliary examinations were performed on all patients,mainly including video electronystagmography,brain CT diagnosis,cerebrovascular ultrasound diagnosis and so on.The causes of vertigo and individual differences were analyzed according to the corresponding results.Results:Symptoms of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo manifested in all ages,mostly concentrated in the middle-aged and elderly people,women were higher than men,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Neurosis was concentrated in women aged 30 to 60,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Transient cerebral ischemia was mostly concentrated in the middle-aged and elderly people,men were higher than women,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cerebral infarction was concentrated in patients over 30 years old,vestibular neurons inflammation and brain tumors occured at all stages.Conclusion:Clinical outpatient medical staff need to analyze the causes of patients with dizziness,benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is a common cause,and women are higher than men.Medical staff should make timely judgments and take post-treatment,and they should also screen for risk factors,improve the efficiency of post-treatment.
