高频振荡通气在新生儿重症肺部疾病治疗中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的:探究高频振荡通气治疗新生儿重症肺部疾病的效果。方法:2018年4月-2020年4月收治重症肺部疾病新生儿31例,分为两组。A组在常规治疗基础上使用高频震荡通气;B组在常规治疗基础上使用常频机械通气。比较两组治疗效果。结果:A组治疗后动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、平均动脉压(MAP)、吸入氧浓度(FiO_(2))及氧指数(OI)均低于B组,动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组脱氧时间及并发症发生率均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用高频振荡通气治疗新生儿重症肺部疾病的效果显著,能有效降低并发症发生率。 Objective:To explore the effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal severe pulmonary diseases.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2020,31 newborns with severe pulmonary diseases were selected and divided into two groups.Group A used high-frequency concussion ventilation on the basis of routine treatment.Group B used normal frequency mechanical ventilation on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In group A,after treatment,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),mean arterial pressure(MAP),inhaled oxygen concentration(FiO_(2))and oxygen index(OI)were lower than those in group B,and the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))was higher than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,the time of deoxygenation and the incidence of complications were lower than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal severe pulmonary diseases is significant,it can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
