光动力治疗老年种植体周围炎的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of photodynamic therapy on peri-implantitis in the elderly

目的:观察光动力疗法(PDT)辅助机械清创术(MD)治疗老年种植体周围炎的效果。方法:2019年1月-2021年1月收治种植修复1年以上的老年种植体周围炎患者45例,分为两组。试验组采用PDT+MD治疗;对照组采用MD治疗。比较两组患者牙周袋深度(PD)、出血指数(BI)和菌斑指数(PLI)。结果:治疗后两组的PD值、BI值、PLI值均有明显的降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗结束后1周、1个月、3个月PD及BI水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用PDT+MD治疗种植体周围炎,对种植体周探诊深度及探诊出血有更为明显的改善。

Objective:To observe the effect of photodynamic therapy(PDT)assisted with mechanical debridement(MD)in the treatment of peri-implantitis in the elderly.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,forty-five elderly patients with peri-implantitis who had been implanted and repaired for more than one year were selected.These patients were divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with PDT+MD.The control group was treated with MD.The periodontal pocket depth(PD),bleeding index(BI)and plaque index(PLI)of the two groups were compared.Results:The value of PD、BI、PLI in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PD and BI levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of PDT+MD to treat peri-implant inflammation can significantly improve the probing depth and probing bleeding around the implant.
