Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of pre intervention acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of autumn allergic rhinitis. Methods:From January 2019 to March 2020,80 patients with allergic rhinitis in autumn were selected.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets. While the experimental group was treated with western medicine,it also needed acupoint application two months before the onset season. We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group, after treatment,VAS score and RQLQ score were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By applying traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application before the onset of allergic rhinitis in autumn, good therapeutic effect can be achieved, and the recurrence rate of patients will be greatly reduced.
