胆囊切除术后综合征患者采用中西医结合综合治疗方案的效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with post-cholecystectomy syndrome

目的:探究中西医结合综合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征患者的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2021年10月收治胆囊切除术后综合征患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予西药四联治疗;试验组在常规西药联合疗法基础上加用清胆行气汤。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后各项中医症状评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后免疫功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗后白介素-6(IL-6)与C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医综合方案在胆囊切除术后综合征患者临床治疗中的效果理想,有助于减轻症状及炎性反应,治疗安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with post-cholecystectomy syndrome.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2021,100 patients with post-cholecystectomy syndrome were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine quadruple therapy.The experimental group was treated with Qingdan Xingqi decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine combination therapy.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of immune function indexes between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The IL-6 and CRP levels in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the clinical treatment of patients with post-cholecystectomy syndrome.It is helpful to reduce symptoms and inflammatory reactions,and has high treatment safety.
